I have it on good authority that FloWrestling's annual Who's Number One event will be held Saturday, October 11th at Xtream Arena in Coralville.
This marks the second time in six years that the high-profile prep showcase will be staged in Hawkeye country.
Back in 2019, CHA hosted the event - including two Iowa commits (Jesse Ybarra and Patrick Kennedy), another future transfer (Victor Voinovich), and a host of other huge names that have frequented the NCAA scene in recent years.

Needless to say, this represents an awesome opportunity for Iowa fans to get eyes on some of the future superstars of the sport - many of whom will ideally don a Hawkeye singlet in the years to come.
It sounds like the full card (boys and girls) should be announced in the near future - and I'm already making plans to ensure that I'll be there to cover the event live when it goes down in mid-October.
