Mom, daughter charged with incest after marrying in Oklahoma

DUNCAN, Okla. (AP) -- A woman and her daughter are facing incest charges after authorities learned the pair were legally married in Oklahoma this year, and that the mother had married her son a few years earlier.​

These people are super progressive and way ahead of the curve. In about 10 years or so when the media says its ok for us to do so, a loving and tolerant public will admire them for their bravery.

By then we can only hope the archaic marriage laws in Oklahoma are adjusted to be more inclusive. Can't wait to point and laugh at Oklahoma's version of Kim Davis, hypocrritically refusing to issue marriage licenses to loving mothers and daughters and sons, only for it to be revealed that she was once married to her cat.

Here's my thing about this, what's the punishment for them being illegally married? Is it really gonna be worth the tax money spent to do a trial, or put both of them in jail?

I'll be the first to say that it is creepy as f***. But really don't see the point of going past a healthy fine, putting them on the sex offender registry, and be done with it.

Sex offender list? They are both adults, can't produce offspring, so wtf is the problem? Why hasn't DOJ stepped in to protect two loving adults rights to marry? They are gay after all.
