All constituationalists should agree that the 14th Ammendment makes the debt ceiling debate unconstitutional.
The 14th amendment to the Constitution, section 4, says that the US has to pay its debt. The US has already spent that money and now we're just paying our debt. Therefore according to the 14th amendment to the Constitution the debt ceiling is unconstitutional.
