Think he would have done well here, better than Sorsby or Aiden Chiles.
Agree, probably would have done pretty well here but not sure anyone can give us a winning record with next years schedule.
Frankly, no good QB will come here to be a loser under Rhule
I’m trying not to worry that Chiles will end up here….but my efforts to not worry are failing. Unless he is free
Good for him. I think he's still a very raw QB. I don't think too many NFL fans would want to see their team draft him at this point. He's gotta stay put and develop his game.
Chiles had a pretty rough season. Seems like a wildly inconsistent passer who can run but doesn't look to run. He didn't seem like much of a leader either, but hard to tell if it's just one game.
He would be "good" under fits
Passing maybe 15 times a game...running 5-8 times a game.
We aren't getting through with a "running" qb and not having him get injured. So having a running backup for 200k would be smart. I hope TJ comes back 20 pounds heavier and runs just well enough to elude the rush and keep the defense honest.
TJ really isn’t a dual threat, just has the ability to eacape. I hope he wants to run as much as the fans and staff want him to

Nico succeeded in getting 2 coaches fired in the first 5 weeks of the season….his own coach and then soon after James Franklin
Wasn't he "staying put" at Tennessee until he got called out for shopping around?
While he'll most likely stay at UCLA, this announcement could easily change.
