I was wondering earlier what some former UK team’s payrolls would have looked like, had NIL been what it was now, during that time…

Like, what would UK’s 2015 FF team’s personnel cost in today’s market? Or 1996/ 1998 adjusted for inflation? Which former UK team’s payroll would have been the highest, regardless of year, and adjusted accordingly to today’s market?

Cal alone probably had a couple that would have cost $10-$11 million,

Don’t think the 2015 team stays together in the portal era. I’d bet Dekari Johnson, Marcus Lee at minimum transfer. If that team was fully intact, I feel confident that would be the most expensive roster of all

NIL probably single handledly stops teams like that from ever really being a thing anymore.

Tyler and book were both 5* guards

Yeah I'm not sure anyone could afford it in today's landscape if the numbers that are floated around now days is close to right.
