If you pay a guy upfront, what is stopping him from transferring again over the summer?

Best, simplest way to understand it. Basically a employment. At will. Nil deals don't transfer school to school. Technically schools aren't supposed to be paying players directly. But we are seeing how that isn't being followed either.

You employ a Gm. And gm job is to handle the nil stuff. Same damn difference as paying player. Guess who did it first? Ya, flagg and the company that came before him.

So now it don't matter if university pays the player. We are still going through the kinks. As this all plays out.

Nothing. And nothing stops them from pulling the plug mid season either if they've already been paid upfront. Can't get a refund you just lost.
