This team and this coaching staff gives me so much hope for the future of Kentucky basketball. I’m not even upset about losing today. Honestly, none of the losses this year have bothered me at all. I’m just excited about what’s to come. The team this year has some good players but the overall talent is not very high. Alabama today obviously was the more talented team. We don’t have a player like Sears. The SEC better get their licks in while they can. Pope has this team playing as a top 10 team in the country with a roster that is not overly talented. Once Pope has some legit talent like what’s coming next year and the years after. I have a feeling the SEC is gonna be Kentucky’s whipping boy again. I can’t wait for it.
