Had a job at a pizza place during HS years. We used to trade with a donut shop. Fresh Glazed raised and devils food (cake) donuts not long out of the fryer was awesome!

I once bought a couple dozen still-hot Krispy Kremes for the team at work. Some made it to the office.
Reminds me of an old Louis Anderson joke. He used to buy those Almost Home cookies. He said they were called that because about how far they got.
