last year he was very good. high efficiency, didn’t take impossible shots, and scored a ton. that was his peak. only shooting 29% from three this year.
I wish I felt confident that Bubba Cunningham chairing the committee won't be a factor. "But they have to leave the room when we discuss their team!" Yeah, if anything that makes his influence stronger. Who wants to tell the chairman that they nixed his team while he was out taking a whiz to comply with protocol?

You have to admit, those games are almost always close, but I think this one is going to be a blowout.
Yeah when you've played each other at minimum twice a year, and usually 3 times with the ACC tournament and Carolina being up 1 game all-time but down by two points in the total scores from every game it's insane. You're 100% right about them almost always being close.
Having said that, I still say when Calipari got to UK, with Pitino at Louisville it was way more heated than UNC vs Duke has ever been. And you only got one chance for an entire year (minus knocking them out in the final four in 2012 and inciting the greatest Internet fan meltdown I've ever seen when we knocked them out in 2014).
I don’t think UNC fires Davis unless they are so bad down the stretch to where they don’t even win a couple of games.
That would probably get Hubert 1 more year and UNC another year of less than mediocre basketball.
