Announcers made the point that B1G teams/coaches want no part of the streaking 'Cats right now. PxP broadcaster commented that NU looks like a young team that's finally figuring it out. Collins looked like a madman when the final buzzer sounded. This is a man who hates to lose & loves to win.

This is fun. Can we win 2 of the last 3 and finish with an improbable seven conference wins?

Bardo tweeted that very thing out three days ago. I just heard Shon Morris mention the same thing during the Illinois-Iowa game.

Would love to knock the Illini off the NCAA bubble after they stole one behind the now-departed Aaron Crosby's only decent game in an Illinois uniform before his suspension. Nunn also had a career night with 25, but that came against our man-to-man defense. I think he'll have trouble against our zone.

A loss to us, with our record really kills your rating. So we are a way better team now than at the beginning of the year which we hoped would be the case playing so many young guys. Teams that already played us are loving this. Wisconsin looks better with every one of our victories.

It's the exact opposite effect of the other NU, Nebraska. They are in disarray right now. Coach / player issues... Miles and Pettaway do not seem like they get along.
