Noel (16 points, 12 rebounds) vs. Cousins (39 points, 24 rebounds).

Philly beats Sacramento.

Maybe all this Kentucky talk has these two former Wildcats a little pumped up?

I'll say this ... even if you're playing in your damn back yard, 39 points and 24 rebounds is one helluva game !

I noticed the other day that Cousins has turned into a pretty good FT shooter in the NBA, like around 80% this year. Didn't he struggle his one year at Kentucky in that area? And good luck guys. Hope y'all have eight more W's in ya, would love to see that happen

According to Wikipedia, his FT percentage was 60.4%. If it really is around 80% this season, that is a definite improvement!

Cousins also shoots many more jumpshots in the NBA than he did in college, but that's to be expected with big men under Cal. Look at Jorts, Anthony Davis, and Karl Towns Jr. for example... All three are excellent jumpshooters, but didn't shoot a whole lot of jumpers at UK. Now, WCS does shoot jumpers, but he's so capable on the perimeter despite his height.

And thanks, we hope we have 8 more, too! Glad to see non-UK fans rooting for UK to go undefeated, it really couldn't happen to a better group of kids.

Demarcus is a career 73% free throw shooter. His first year he shot under 70%. He's even made 2-5 from 3 this year.

if noel becomes a consistent scorer he's going to be one valuable player.

those numbers by cousins are shaq numbers. kevin love had a few like that in minnesota, but i can't think of too many others who are capable of that type of performance. incredible.

Holy canoli big cuz. Good for you Mdwildcat. If there were no Ky players, I'd rather have a prostate exam than watch an entire NBA game. Moon river, are you using your whole hand doc, ever served time?
