Chris Klieman. Would he be interested in the UK job?

Thanks in advance

I actually think he'd be a good realistic hire. I know he has won multiple championships there, and I'm guessing he could get a lot more out of his recruits than the last 2 coaches.

You lose Carson Wenz and come back this year with brand new QB and beat a top 10 team in FBS on the road, you deserve some kind of consideration, not to mention the domination of the FCS. Would be a good jump for him but I think it is much better than hiring Coordinators to become the head coach.

The bisons have won like 5 national titles and beat 5 fbs schools in the last 5 years. They would hang 40 on us. Looks like the coaches have built one hell of a program there

If you don't know that guy is a tremendous coach it just shows you really don't follow college football.

They've beat their last 6 FBS opponents. Nattys

We'd be lucky to get a sniff from him.

Name's Chris Klieman, 48 y/o and looks like most of his coaching experience has been in the mid-west.

The NDSU coach I would like was their previous coach: Craig Bohl

Won three straight national championships and left for Wyoming three years ago.

He's 57 (seven months older than Coach Cal). (Petrino is 53. Saban is 64.)

A friend and gambling buddy of mine is an NDSU alum. He's a booster. His son is a walk-on freshman.

He says Bohl would leave Wyoming for Kentucky.

I have a very good friend that graduated from ND State and he was telling me today that Nebraska has started showing interest in their coach. Don't know what's going on at NU but it sounds as if someone is thinking ahead. ND State has been getting some players that Nebraska used to back in the day and that's probably raising some eyebrows.

I am familiar with Bohl as well. I think both would he and the current coach who's been able to continue what he started would be good options to consider.

I'd much rather some guy like this than a retread. But the reality is, we probably won't even have a chance and we won't have a chance for Brohm, or Fleck, either.

Sorry to hear about your dad, but Stoops has been the subject of this board for the past three weeks.
