Fourteen years have passed since a cowardly and illegitimate BoT fired its greatest ambassador: Joseph Vincent Paterno. He was 8-1 at the time of his termination. We'll never know but the stress of his firing likely made his cancer worse and accelerated his passing just two short months later.
