Franklin did a lot of good things at PSU. Am curious to see how well he does at VT. Was listening to Bob Chesney talk about leaving his program better than when he arrived (as a goal). Fair to ask if Franklin did at Penn State - I think so this year notwithstanding. Time to move on…
