We shall see - half of my fraternity class at OU was PLM in the early '80s as frosh - by the time everyone graduated in 1986 or so NO ONE was PLM - one guy got a geology degree. That's how bad it was....

it's going to be harder and harder to get recruits to come to a state going forward in reverse.

It's totally different as technology can be a differentiator for a school like OU in this environment.

Focus on becoming a beacon for research on technology and process efficiency, then you may find yourself a top research player.
