Odd year: no lead changes

Going into the Illinois game today, the team that scored first never trailed in all 11 games the Cats have played. In their 3 wins, the Cats scored first, and while Rutgers tied it, they did not get ahead.
If it happens again today, I will look back to try to figure out the last time that happened. I assume there must have been a dark ages team that did not hold a lead all year, but I am no sure.

This year’s offense was not going to make a comeback on anybody. That’s why once the deficit was more than 10, it was pretty much over. Duke was the closest we came to a comeback based on 3 good drives by Marty and a decent defensive second half.
