Things have changed in regards to NCAA rules, but when can individual vs team workouts begin for the spring?

I believe that I saw on here somewhere that the workouts were scheduled to begin this week. Like... the earliest ever here.
Someone pointed out the following in a thread from a month ago:
Spring Practice and the Spring "Game" are scheduled to be finished before Spring Break.
Everybody will be evaluated, worked out, and potential position changes and recruiting needs will be known. Any serious injuries will have an extra three weeks to rehab before Summer Camp.
I think it's a win all the way.
Don't let them sit around and wonder how it's going to be.Get 'em out there competing for jobs, and get this thing going.

Yep. Let the chips fall where they may. Cream will rise to the top or not.
I like it. TIme to weed out the pretenders from the contenders. The sooner the better. Those that imbibe in the weed may want to reassess their life style with being able to compete at major college FB level.
