That wasn't a kick. His leg was laying on the guys head and he lifted up. And it fell back down. THe guy who called it had a lousy angle.

Actually the one thing in life that has served me well is not being around bitter people like you. I think I'll continue in my current wisdom. It's served me well....VERY well.

That's a good response.

I'd go on a vomiting, trail of tears if I were to meet you.
Thank you, thank you so much...

I've never had so much respect for you before now.

It's always great to get respect from my elders, especially when in it's suppose to be the other way around. This isn't the first time for me, but it never gets old hearing it.

Halftime OU 20-13. Both O and D had to overcome adversity with timely penalties. Great half by OU.

No trickery, no fancy plays...just smash mouth football. I dont thnk this is what Briles was expecting. I look for creativity in the 2nd half...its time to put this puppy on the paper.

Good half.... Let's keep it going. Limiting the big plays but need to quit getting the stupid penalties or it would be a bigger lead

Good first half for the Sooners. The offense is starting to really roll now. Need to continue running the football and hit big plays on the play action. Defense needs to keep winning the battle up front and then control their emotions a little better. This game might be above these officials pay grade.

I think the one loss has actually helped the Sooners. I always feel better going against a higher ranked and especially an undefeated conference opponent. Stoops seems to be better as the hunter and not the hunted. Hopefully the boys can run away with this one.

Eh, Billy, in the grand scheme of things, you don't matter.
Nothing personal but, you don't add anything relevant to the dialogue, so, you should just give it up...and not embarrass yourself any further.

Just saying...

The design of the touchdown by Baker was brilliant. There were two defenders outside the tackle on the offensive left. We had split backs. Perine on the left took the HO fake to the right side. Great fake. Still two unblocked guys on the left. The inside guy crashed and Mixon came from RHB to the left at a place three yards behind the LOS where the crasher couldn't get to Mayfield. He was coming hard but at a bad angle. Then as soon as Mixon saw him out of position, he moved to the outside shoulder of the outside defender and easily screened him because of a great fake. And Baker walked in.

That was a huge drive and shows just how much we missed Shepard last season. He is having a huge night.

This ain't close to over and the run defense is going to miss Dimon in a major way. And it shortens the depth which is even bigger. But the plan is good and if we stop making stupid late hit mistakes, we'll be okay if we stop the run the way we have. Briles WILL make adjusments. But they miss Russell. (makes me so sad.)

Actually, I'm good with Browns late hit on Oakman. He went after him to say, "Leave my quarterbacks alone. Oakman hasn't been quite so fiesty, since. It hurt, but I like the delivered message, so long as he doesn't get ejected too.

I have to tell you. I think I hate Baylor more than Texas.

We need to stop this opening drive by Baylor and set the tone for the second half.

Good grief Sanchez! Can you at least make an effort to tackle the ball carrier instead of just allowing him to walk in and laugh at you as he did.

49,875 is the record attendance tonight. Good grief they spent all that money on a stadium that is nothing but a glorified high school stadium. Lol

Either Mixon or Perine busted on the TD pass. Might have been Samaje though he got the block. But they both went at the same guy and left the outside rusher unblocked.

In the first half, we adjusted and stopped their run almost cold after the first possession. On the big run that set up the touchdown, Alexander ran hard to the point of attack, but nobody was home when Linwood cut back. Somebody has to make that backside play. You can't count on blocked corners to
