I agree.

Replace the HC along with the DC, Dline and Oline coaches. We will be better. Take the AD out with them.

"What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? 17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead."

Stoops and Mitch have dang near replaced every coach on the staff. Maybe it's time we start looking at the guy who handpicked all of these terrible assistants.
That is not true. They only replaced 2 coaches. Now, they had to hire thise positions vacated by the coaches who left for promotions elsewhere, but that is not them replacing the staff.

Promotions? Wrong again. Its called rescues. If you look closely at the assistants on the sideline saturday you'll see their hands reached out to the heavens begging "me next please me next"

Yes promotions.
Brown- head coach
Buh-defensive coordinator
Ansley- bama
Scott-UNC where he wanted to be because he played there.
Dale paveto- LSU

Again, complain about the things that are necessary, but also give credit where it is due.

I am also 70 yrs. old and the only areas I've seen improvement is in facilities and recruiting. I've seen nothing on the field in terms of improvement. As for faith, I don't put that into any kind of entertainment package. Faith is reserved for my relationship with my lord and savior. I guess I need all the help I can get.

Maybe if we could have kept all.of those guys and had some continuity, we would be better.

The issue is simple. It is the administration. The AD has no clue on how to generate a football program. I have never seen such a pathetic AD. Mitch should not have a job.

I agree, Mitch needs to be gone. However, at this point he's given Stoops everything he's asked for and then some. A revamped stadium, truckloads of cash, a new training facility that is on par with the best in the country. Mitch isn't a coach. And while I agree that leadership starts at the top and trickles down, Stoops has what he needs to be successful. Whether he can take advantage of it or not is another story. Having said that though, I think a new AD is in order.

You should know now not to believe in fairytales. UK, as an institution, is middle of the road academics with a third rate administration from the president to the lowliest member of the board. I admire your loyalty but I hold little hope that the academics or athletics will improve with this vision challenged group. Barnhart is the poster child of their efforts.

Replacing coaches has been our history and it's a sorry tale. It's not that simple. Aim higher. Now, if you wanted to replace the president that's another thing.

If this season continues on it's present course, we'll see plenty of improvements, like closer parking spots, better seats to choose from, shorter concession stand lines, and shorter lines for the restrooms.

I'm 77, and I haven't seen any real improvement since Bear left. Oh sure, we get a coach every now and then who has a good season, but then we find out he had to cheat to do it. Sometimes we get a coach who cheats and still can't win. Then we have a coach who doesn't cheat, and he can't win. Sort of like the dog chasing his tail.

We replaced 5 coaches this year alone. How can you even expect to be taken seriously arguing in favor of Stoops and Mitch if you don't even have a clue as to what is going on in the program? No wonder the others called you out. Sheesh.

You apparently can't comprehend things. I said Stoops only replaced 2 by firing them. The others left on their own for promotions. Hiw can you be taken seriously when you don't read things in its entirety but still form an opinion.
