we are now in sole possession of 2nd place in the SEC east.
Ohio State lost to Penn State.
Arkansas lost to Auburn by 53.
Mizzou lost at home to MTSU, and gave up 41 points on Homecoming.
South Carolina just got by a bad Umass team at home.
All things considered, we are in pretty good shape !!

Sad title for your post. We won. That's CFB.

Miss St DID BLOW this game.
No, accurate title, we pulled it out of the fire at the end. We were up 34-24 with 9 minutes left, and on the MSU 6 yd line, before the scoop and score, and were trailing 38-37 with a minute to go. That is almost blowing the game, but we didn't !

They were playing against UK, who in the PAST has folded. The current Miss St coach was 7-0 against UK before tonite.

That fact means nothing.

What was UK's historical record vs Robert Morris?

Teams change every year. MSU is awful this year, didnt you think?

They're actually not. They are tough. They'd be over .500 in the SEC East, or any other Power Conference. They're not a good team, but they are not awful, at all. They're top 50, possibly top 40.

Robert Morris plays D1 football? (wrong forum, wrong UK team).

No matter how bad MSU is this year in football, they lost to UK tonite on a last second field goal. UK moves one step closer to a bowl game.

They were awful vs the run, we had no real passing threat other than trick plays and a bomb and still put 300 on them. Ran the one dimensional wildcat over and over.

They had 81 yards passing.

This is by far the worst MSU team since 2009. Ask any Bulldog fan, been talking to 2 of them all night.

Miss St DID BLOW this game.

Every team blows games. Our BB team has blown a bunch lately, pissing away titles. WV, Wisky, and other games we've choked away. It's a sport, not an exact science. I watch games all day where teams blew it and their fans went insane. Folks need to just chill and enjoy a win however it comes.

I may have missed your point on Mullen and you definitley missed mine on Robert Morris.

Like 2 ships passing in the night...

I don't disagree with anything you just said, and they're still one of the 50 best teams in the country. Even if they go 4-8. They'd go 8-4 against the Tard schedule.

You are probably right, amazing how mediocre so many teams are this year.

What did I miss? Expand on the Robert Morris connection to the game tonite.

It was in response to your post about Mullen being 7-0 vs UK, as if that had any bearing on the game tonight.

I dont think UK basketball had ever lost to Robert Morris, didnt seem to matter in 2013.

Again Robert Morris never played UK in football. MSU has won 7 of the last 8 games in football against UK. Mullen was the coach during that time.

Yeah, but we usually lose to awful teams. MSU outside of Prescott years is usually pretty bad, that's why they are our yearly cross conference game. Same for people complaining about the USC and Vandy games...we usually lose those games to that level, as the SEC east has been pretty bad for awhile. UT has been bad except the past yr or so, this is the best Florida has been in awhile. I mean Missouri..MISSOURI won the east 2 years in a row. The SEC east has been rotating about one good team a year. While we aren't world beaters by any means, we are winning games we usually dont. How many times has UK had a winning league record in your lifetime? I mean like I said, these teams aren't great by any means...but we still usually those too. Nothing to be satisfied about..but also steps in winning games your supposed to.
