OL : B+ pass blocking, D+ run blocking. KSU short on DBs and are playing safeties deep, yet we can’t get any push up front. Our pass game is carrying us so far, but 2 INTs has kept KSU close.
Defense had looked decent, but 1 bad play on 3rd and 18 converted for a TD puts KSU right back in the game.

Where are those that tried accusing KSU of being afraid to come play due to Covid? Our team flat out got whipped 31-14 in the second half. This team once again can’t hold a big lead and the biggest problem is a total lack of D.

Looks like our Sooners could be 1-3 or 2-2 after Texas. ISU will not be easy.

Rattler will be great in the years to come but this year we just need him to learn from these type of games. In the end until OU gets a real D we may never live long enough to see us win number 8. Time to just sit back and enjoy the season with no NC expetations. Another B12 Championship - maybe but the path just got harder.

Not to pick on one person but just an example here, back when we played good defense, in the early 2000's, Brian Mead would have probably have been pulled right after not covering the rb down the field and then missing the tackle but he was in there until they scored. I like Mead, I'm just saying I don't ever see anyone getting an earful on the sidelines.
