I love small towns, and the lifestyle that goes with it. And so I wanted to create a place like that with a slice of Duke living on the side. I think it just might be the perfect place to live.

Thanks, Hurley! I like that one a lot too, my second favorite one. I like the 'Christian Laettner, 2.1 seconds' the best. When I saw that big clock (watch?) in the video footage, I knew that was Laettner's 'spot', because of the most famous 2.1 seconds in college basketball. And besides that, clocks (old mechanical ones especially) fascinate me. I have a few, and my grandmothers 100+ year old mantle clock is about 15 feet away from me right now just ticking away! It's so soothing to me.
