Lotta purple here!! Gotta say, great attendance at the pep rally. Normal dignitaries spoke, but it was Fitz who stole the show, rallied the crowd, had us roaring. Totally in the tank for NU. Reason #1 he ain’t going anywhere and we’re lucky to have him.

Great - promote him to AD or even Uni Prez! Then install a football coach as head coach.
He was pretty self-deprecating as well and focused on the great things about the university and our student athletes. He implored our crowd to provide energy to the team in a fun, ingratiating way.
Perhaps a few around here with fewer accomplishments and contributions to NU could benefit from that perspective.
Sure-and never doubted those traits about him in those type of settings. Great ambassador and possibly great AD. Now, as it pertains to football and how he is running that show the last couple of years…
