Is this what will be laughling called the Penn State Rule? That reprehensible Kirk Ferentz and Iowa’s fingerprints are all over this. What team has to fake an injury versus Iowa’s 20 seconds in the huddle offense? It is pathetic.

The conference or school involved in the complaint would be able to issue discipline if the national coordinator of officiating deems it necessary.

Will they review defensive injuries against a slow, plodding, huddle-up offense? I'm sure they'd hate to see a long game get even longer. I wouldn't doubt if Iowa was making waves about it though. They're a pretty stupid bunch out there.

Next Iowa will push for a penalty if the ball blows off the tee. They booed that as well.
