Riley hires the next great defensive coordinator.. He does what he says.. hires the best teacher..recruiter.. it means nothing if the next guys doesn't help us make that next jump! I'm not a big fan of someone being fired.. Banker had his opportunity didn't seize the moment and didn't get another chance.. the next guy will know what is expected and hopefully does a better job of taking advantage of it! Let's Go Big Red
