Auburn will win SEC regular season so I’m glad they gave UT a 3rd loss. We need the rest of the teams in contention for top four seeds to take a lot of losses so we might sneak into a top 4 seed in the SEC tourney.
I don't have the UK rooting interest but generally agree. I'm just pulling for chaos. If no one looks unbeatable (even Auburn hasn't in-conference despite the record) it's better for our chances and better for getting a lot of SEC teams in.
Exactky, misery loves company. It's too late for us to win the league, so I just want everyone elae to lose, especially Tennessee, Florida and Alabama.
I guess. Only reason Florida was even in that game was because they shot free throws every trip down the last 10-12 minutes. Auburn was absolutely bailed out tonight.
duke will get to the top spot, keep it and be overall 1 seed in the tournament. Auburn will Win the SEC but will stumble at some point. Amazing how weak the ACC is. If duke was in the SEC they'd have two losses at this point in the season.
I hate UT, more than UL or any other SEC team, more than anyone except UNC and Duke.
But I found myself pulling for them last night because I saw a UT team coming off a loss more dangerous to us in our next game (same reason I didn’t like Bama losing at home before playing us).
I heard announcer yesterday say Duke may run the ACC table 20-0. I think the SEC has multiple teams that would run the table in ACC if traded with Duke, … AND half of the SEC (8+ teams) would win the ACC in Duke’s place.
Let’s not forget the SEC spanked the ACC 34-4!!!
Every SEC team beat at least 1 ACC team.
Every ACC team (including Duke) lost to at least 1 SEC team.
Yeah it’s crazy what they’re doing this year. We have 3 SEC losses already, they may not have 3 losses all season.
We might as well forget about a top 4 seed. I’m hoping we stay in the top 8 at this point
