Did we get a transfer other than the JUCO?

The reason I ask is because I was talking to one of our coaches for quite awhile about our lineup and I asked if the HWY transfer would help us (I was referencing the JUCO) and he replied that not this year as he has to sit out.

We moved on but later I found it odd a JUCO kid would have to sit and so I thought maybe he was talking about someone else.

It could be nothing haha! He did say Schafer has looked very good and is carrying 230 well and easily.

Damn! You are the one that should know. I have been wondering about the transfer as well.

He will be ineligible this year as well as jacobe smith. i think credits or grades has something to do with it. although i heard there is a possibility they can be eligible second half.

Gotcha. That makes sense. I thought to be eligible to transfer from a JUCO you had to be academically eligible but I'm not sure about that.

Other good news is Brock is healthy and looks great.

In a weird way signing two JUCOs who aren't immediately eligible makes me feel even better about their potential.
