I sure hate to hear news like this. My prayers go out to the families and friends of those involved.

WTF? Louisville has good shot at single yr homicide record set in 1971:

http://www.cnn.com/2016/11/24/us/kentucky-football-game-shooting/index.html?adkey=bn

I played flag football for awhile after getting out of college at local rec departments. When 2 good teams played there was always a little, some bigger than others, scuffle. But no weapons, ever, 2 dudes would go at it until one landed a couple good shots and it was broke up. Now guys have a disagreement one wants to shoot instead of fight, I won't post my word for them here, but it goes back to "he disrespected me". So what, didn't deserve to die for it.

It's cowardly. No one will throw fists anymore when they have a disagreement. Funny thing is, most of the fights I got into growing up, usually ended up in both sides gaining a newfound respect for each other, and in some cases we became great friends afterwards. I haven't seen the news, but I pray no children were hurt. Absolutely senseless.

I'll bet when they find the perpetrator it'll be someone who already has a rap sheet a half-mile long. This won't be their first crime.

It wasn't anybody in the games. It was a peewee football championship. And then a womens flag football game. It was a drive by shooting.

I was still playing flag football into my forties, and started three city leagues from scratch. Great game, but not much to threaten players with if they lost it. No really serious problems ever though.

Any one that carries a gun that intends to use it on unarmed people doesn't deserve any respect.

Really strange what happened.
The CJ said a man in his 60's knocked over a motorcycle, and the owner of the cycle,
a guy in his 20's, pulls out a gun and shoots him.
Once one person was shot, other people nearby pulled out guns to retaliate.

I guess it's a sign of the times. Thugs with absolutely no regard for human life
take over peaceful events and bring pain and sorrow to so many innocent people.
Heartbreaking...
