I'm just now getting caught up w/ some newer programming due to the addition of AppleTV. There are many, many great series I missed out on through the days. Such as the mini-series John Adams. Just finished it and it was an absolute pleasure to watch.

Believe it or not, I've just started watching the first year of episodes from the Sopranos (1999). So far so good. I've noticed a couple of scenes of the twin towers in the backdrop.

Apple TV is the bomb. Another really good series, if you haven't seen it, is The Wire. You can now also watch UFC TV through Apple TV. I liked the Sopranos; I think I binge watched every season over the course of two or three weeks when I was in China.

Boardwalk Empire (although it drastically dropped off in the later seasons) and Game of Thrones. I don't watch much TV other than sports. I got hooked on both of these.
