OT: Early returns from spring training indicate games are MUCH shorter

First set of games completed in MLB spring training indicate that the games are on average 25 minutes shorter than last year, which is exactly in line with what happened in the minor leagues when they instituted the pitch clock.

Can I get an AMEN from baseball fans?? Long overdue and will be very popular, IMO.

I don't hate this change like some do in other parts of the Internet. I liken this to a shot clock in basketball and how it changes some of the dynamics of the gane for the better.
