OT: electrical question

I'm pretty sure we have some electricians on the board. So seeing if I could.get a basic idea of ballpark cost of upgrading to a 200 amp panel. Have 100 now and as I want to finish basement, this will likely be necessary to add enough breakers.
Also pretty sure LES will bury lines for free if you have a 200 amp panel right?

I think I paid around $1,300 to upgrade a panel to 200 amps... and that was in about 2002!

My uncle showed me how to add a new breaker, but switching out an entire panel? **** that.
