Hopefully they get the foot of snow cleared out. Does anyone know what attendance will look like? Tickets Sold? Planning on being there but looks like it will be frigid at 15 degrees when puck drops. Dress warm.

Going with a group of 8. from sitting in weather like this for hunting. I have a few suggestions. Get some Thermacare neck heating wraps. The heat on the back of your neck really helps keep you warm. They also make lower back pads. mittens are better than gloves with heating pads, Balaclava really help also. keeps wind from both neck and head. layers as always.

should be a great time!!

I thought it would be great to go simply because of the novelty of it. Then I remembered that the older I get, the less I like sitting outside in the cold. I'm sure it'll be a great time for anyone who does go, at least for those who dress right. Heated clothing is awesome.

As was noted above, I also heard 60,000+. I'd say the snow will be cleared given how much the game has been promoted. It'd be a bad look to have all those people show up and not have snow removed from the stadium and lots. I'll be parking in the BJC east lot for the wrestling dual on Friday. I'm expecting the lot to be clear.

I am planning on being there, but just heard that another storm is supposed to come in possibly Sat night into Sunday in Philly area. I have plans to leave after the game anyway, hoping that I can get home before it happens.

They are selling:

The East and West lower bowls - those are pretty much sold out (that is roughly 20,000)
The North lower bowl: That is about 1/3 sold (that is roughly 6,000)
The East upper bowl: That is about 3/4 sold (most in "middle" sold, much less so on "edges" Total sold about 12.000)
The North Upper (which will be REALLY far from the action): They appear to have sold around 6,000, but hard to estimate

So could be around 45,000 tickets sold - maybe add a thousand or two for tickets in the suites, assuming those sold - so somewhere in the upper 40,000s?
How many will show up? How long will they stay? Probably depends on the gameday weather.

Not trying to sell upper North
There is no upper West, of course

Total Gate - if one was interested:
E and W lower bowls going for around $70 on average (IIRC), N and S for around $50, Upper E around $60 (again, IIRC).
Those numbers would add up to around $2.8 M gross gate, give or take. For "close enough" estimate of around $3 Million.

Add in some concessions and parking, subtract out expenses ("field prep", field repair, and game day expenses) and who knows? One would think it would show a net in the black, but would likely depend on how much the "set up/tear down" costs (ie, will they incur significant repair costs to field, etc)
