Lie down in the snow at night during a snowstorm. Watch the snow fall and listen to the silence. You’d be surprised at how quiet and peaceful everything is.

Make it a point to go out of your way and do something nice or unexpected for someone each day. To watch a person’s face light up and be grateful is worth it and takes so little effort.
