I grabbed this snippet from Kim Komando's daily newsletter - I didn't try it so I cannot vouch for it, but perhaps it will help anyone with mobile website issues:
Mobile websites are hiding things from you: Filters, buttons, whole features. Gone on mobile, there on desktop. On iPhone Safari, open the Page Menu and tap Request Desktop Website. On Android Chrome, hit the three-dot menu and toggle on Desktop site. It’ll look tiny, so flip your phone to Landscape. Turns out the site wasn’t broken, just the view.
