Nice bottles; but how do they taste. Me, I prefer a Knob Creek or Bookers on the rocks w/ splash of H2O.What are you tippling today? Some in my current collection.

All are good. The Holladay, and one Old Stubborn are wheated, but the Old Stubborn is high test, 123.8, doesn’t drink like that however. Opened a new bottle of 8 yr Old Fitzgerald last night and that is tasty. Had the privilege a week ago of tasting George T Stagg, 130 proof!! That’s what friends are for!Nice bottles; but how do they taste. Me, I prefer a Knob Creek or Bookers on the rocks w/ splash of H2O.
The new release of Bookers 2024-01 is tasty. Uncut and unfiltered. Add a small cube or a couple drops of water. 124 proof but drinks easy.
