Apparently, reading comprehension is not your forte. Doak blew the "Perfect Game", not Haddock. After the error, "PERFECTION" was reserved for another day. After THE ERROR, NOTHING, that Haddock did or didn't do had anything to do with "PERFECTION".
The one thing I learned in college, and yeah Numbnuts, perhaps it was the only thing I ever learned, was an appreciation for 'QUALITY'. Take your head out of that fat ***. People would not realize how ignorant YOU truly are if you didn't post on a public forum so much.
Let me offer some valuable information to you also, NUMBNUTS....... The Election wasn't stolen either.either!!!
Gotta ask .... Does your Mother call you Numbnuts too???
EDIT: Welcome to Ignore Land fool!!!
Oh wow. I never could’ve imagined my comments could’ve made you so upset. I’m literally a bit shocked.
But since my reading comprehension was questioned…If a pitcher throws 7 perfect innings and is pulled, did he throw a perfect game? The game wasn’t over. It wasn’t a perfect game, regardless of who put the runners on. Did
Haddock Haddix get credit for a perfect game in the record books? In addition, nowhere on this thread does it say that
Haddock Haddix didn’t pitch the 13th.
Harvard / Spinal Tap said he pitched twelve perfect and lost in the 13th…but it doesn’t say who pitched.
Let’s also keep in mind that you’re the poster that just posted a thread title with absolutely no information or link to any information. I didn’t google it. It didn’t even read about the 13th. But I do know a perfect game isn’t a perfect game until it ends. No matter how many or how few innings a pitcher pitches.
The true reason for my post was really to point out how silly the Ghost Runner rule is as it was and should be impossible to lose a perfect game. Now you can.
It is a shame a guy pitched 12 perfect innings and didn’t get the win or the perfect game. Definitely one of the most impressive feats in the game. I guess you assumed by me pointing out that it wasn’t a perfect game that I questioned the quality of his outing. That wasn’t my intention.
I have no idea what you mean with the election stuff. But your reaction to my post does make a bit more sense seeing it in there. I now realize this post meant way more to you than I ever could’ve imagined. I truly apologize for making comment. But since Numbnutz has been ignored, you know…due to reasonable discussion on a discussion forum, I doubt you’ll see this.
It always makes most sense to just ignore everyone you don’t agree with rather than just having a discussion.
