Some observations.
1. His plump girlfriend gets bounced around in the passenger seat. (assuming it is a girl and a friend).
2. It's raining.
3. You can see the sunroof pop off.
4. His Double Chubby Chuckie Burger (and napkin) goes out the sunroof with him.
[EDIT] I checked this out on YouTube. It is in England. He is the passenger. His girlfriend is the driver. They were arguing.

That I do K2C....it is a little dry and a little warped and that suits me just fine.
