Tubby's a good egg. He'd sign anything for a fan. My mom got him to sign a Shoney's Big Boy paper placemat. That is the epitome of anything.
I love that Wheelers is still around and a thing. Those kind of legacy pieces are hard to find anymore in general. Just one more way BBN is special.

I truly have a special place in my childhood of Tubby. The first game nba game Rick Pitino coached and the first game I’d ever been to was an exhibition at rupp. Celtics vs Jazz and I remember them announcing welcome the new head coach of your wildcats Tubby Smith. He walked out the corner we were sitting in and he waved at all of us as he was coming through. Love him and a memory I’ll never forget I was 10
UK needs to give Tubby some type of Ambassador position. I think he woukd great for UK.
