@LionJim , our former colleague, Bill M, lives up in Montpelier, VT. He posted on FB this afternoon that he is fine, has electricity and internet. Says he lives on a hill, quite high above the city.
Vermont has a very different topography than PA- lots of very steep, narrow valleys and when they get flooding, it can be very violent. Sections of RT 100 are a prime example.
