Maybe mother nature doesn't like liberals...
Then why is she screwing around with the good folks in Oklahoma and Texas?

Ditto! I thought OK and TX were two of the "reddest" states in the union???
That was in response to fitty's post that stated California hasn't gotten any rain. Better to have too much than too little.
If this keeps up, Fort Worth can begin a suit against Oklahoma to take its water back.
I remember going over that bridge and wondering where the river was, just a few years ago. Crazy to see the difference today. That was in response to fitty's post that stated California hasn't gotten any rain. Better to have too much than too little.

I assumed that the suits that Texas has brought against the State of Oklahoma over water would be common knowledge in Oklahoma, as well as fodder for a good number of jokes. There have been several attempts to force Oklahoma to sell water to Tarrant County.
The irony was that Texas was suing Oklahoma for water at the same time that California was suing Texas over petroleum. Texas was for it in one case, as opposed to it in another.
