Not Penn State related, but if I recall, we recruited this guy pretty hard and were disappointed when he went elsewhere. But a reminder that life is more than what we see here, and these kids are still part of it. I hate cancer, as I know each of you do. Terrible disease that eventually touches all of us in some form or another. It's ESPN, just forewarning.

Brain cancer

He seems like a grounded kid and he is a Hell of a player. Wish we could have gotten him(and his family). For shame about his sister.

Love watching him play. Very heartbreaking. Will be thinking of this every time I watch him.

Sometimes you look at people like they have everything until you have to walk in their shoes.

Hits close to home. Very saddened to see this. It's quite amazing to witness the strength of those who battle this horrible disease knowing that the odds are stacked against them. Hopefully the family finds comfort during this terrible and tragic time.
