Sucks dude. Part of growing up and getting older, but to see these larger than life kinda people pass on is really humbling.
Got that right. Over the last few years I discovered what a comedic genius Norm was. He’s my all times favorite comic. After he passed, I watched Bob’s tribute to him and realized what a good man Saget was. Never watched his comedy really, just Full House and AFV. May have to check some of it out now. Definitely sucks.

The one celb death that really was my first true realization that death is universal, and life is cruel sometimes was Phil Hartman. I was 14 and was starting to get to the age where I was allowed to watch later parts of SNL with my parents. I loved him. So when he was murdered it was the first time I truly learned that celebrities are human too and really bad things can happen to nice and good people.

But no celebrity death will ever hurt me has bad as Robin Williams. Never met him, but had such an influence on my childhood. And to learn he was in such pain and so sad, broke my heart. He got me through a lot of rough times in my teen years when my Dads dementia start to show up. I really miss him.

Alan Rickman hurts too. Such a genuine person. When I read the story of the drawing he willed back for Rupert Grint (from the Harry Potter movies) I teared up a bit.

Losing so many good folks.

Died in a hotel room.. 1,000% Overdose.
At Rtiz Carlton. Preliminary reports from scene say no drug use was found.

Earlier today, deputies were called to the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes for a call about an unresponsive man in a hotel room. The man was identified as Robert Saget & pronounced deceased on scene. Detectives found no signs of foul play or drug use in this case," the Sheriff's statement read.

Really not looking forward to my 60s and 70s when so many of the people you grew up with are going.

Sure, Betty White and Bob Saget passing is terrible.. but as a 35 year old, there's only a few every year. But I know that'll turn into 20 to 30 a year as I get older.

I ain't buying it. But maybe a heart attack? Although some celebs have died from a heart attack/stroke that was really because of drug use a few days prior.

Mom loved Rod Stewart and Barry Manilow. She was a huge fan. I keep waiting for the news that theyre gone.

Elton John is in his mid 70s. John Williams is 89. Being a musician as well, all those are going to be rough days.

I’m not looking forward to the days when close friends start going that’s for sure

That's your takeaway from what I wrote?

Betty White's and Bob Saget's biggest claim to fame were two shows that literally overlapped each other for most of their run time. Doesn't matter if they were 35 years apart, their golden era was late 80s and early 90s.

Uh, Betty White began in radio before Saget born.
