I walked out of Pep Boy's 20 years ago because they beat me out of a mail in rebate on a Purolator oil filter. I just returned for Wagner front pads and rotors on my like new 2007 PT Cruiser. So far I'm tickled. Now if I don't get my $50 Visa gift card in the next 4-6 weeks, I'll become angry again.

This is all I can think of to speed things up. But of course I'm pretty slow myself.

That, my friend, is today's story thus far.

In my household, my wife is conspiring to get rid of my socks. Every time the clothes are washed and a pair of my dirty socks are included, only ONE sock routinely comes out. At first I thought there was a problem with the washer and drier but then when I voiced my concern, she just smiled and walked away. Come to think of it, my underwear disappears on occasion as well.

Evil does exist and it resides in my home.

I know this is a truism. I blame Eve

Fun Mensa question. Not IQ, but general knowledge.

Ramon's electricity went off. Ramon's sock drawer is in total darkness. Ramon's sock drawer contains 10 blue socks and 10 black. Feeling around, how many socks must Ramon remove from the drawer to take outside into the bright moonlight to insure he has a matched pair?

3, assuming there are no other colors in the drawer.

2...if the colors are in separate stacks. The same answer if they are balled up.;)

No answer possible if my wife did the laundry, She could wash a pair of each and no match would come out.
