can someone explain how jess shepherd was granted immediate playing time. Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't she the one instrumental in getting Connie yori fired then she doesn't like the new coach so she transfers to Norte dame, to me there nothing there for a special exemption

Man I don't know. To me there was nothing special about her situation to get a waiver. Be hard to deny the next person.
