2- growing up, the local pizza joint had a sausage, peppers, onions, cheese, & egg hoagie that was fantastic with some of their sauce
2a- hard to beat a good italian with hot pepper relish and extra onions
3- in the garden with raw & fried onions and extra cheese

Oil and vinegar = condiments1) Boars Head low sodium ham and provolone on a bagel. No condiments.
2) Jersey Mike’s Italian with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, and oregano. No condiments.
3) Vinnie’s Pizza cheesesteak in Wall, NJ is still the best I’ve ever had. No peppers, no condiments.

Man, I ate a lot of CC Pepper's Italian with hot pepper relish and extra mayo.
I do like Jersey Mike's Big Kahuna cheesesteak. Never had one of the famous Philly cheesesteaks.

Try a little bit of Tony Catchere's on the meat while cooking next time. You'll thank me later.I have a strange cheese steak habit. I have a meat slicer and shave ribeye often. I also have an outdoor griddle.
Sometimes it's just steak, cheese, ketchup and a little yellow mustard.
