I saw Neil O’Donnell at a Giant Eagle about a month ago. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”

I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Heinz ketchup bottles in his hands without paying.

The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the bottles and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bottle and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
In the sometimes you can judge a book by its cover category, I always thought he looked about as douchey as a man possibly could. .

Which also means just one of very few to also get them to the Super Bowl. I’m just always perplexed by the Donovan hate. They hated him from the draft and never let it go. I’m not saying he was fantastic, but they had Detmer, Peete, Kolb, and Pedersen as starting QBs and some single out McNabb?
McNabb was a terrible leader and a me guy. Throws up in the Super Bowl and then refuses to support the guy who played with a broken foot and against his doctors’ recommendation the following offseason. When TO sought more money all McNabb had to do was say something along the lines of he’s an important member of the team and I sure hope the team resigns him instead of basically supporting management with his silence.

Fair enough. Wasn’t TO the ultimate “me guy”? Doing sit-ups in his front yard on the news, getting under the Eagles skin to try to leverage them to pay him more or release him?

Idk it can be a bad look for a player to get in between another players contract dispute.

Not really. McNabb was the me guy who took all the credit and blamed his teammates for every interception or incomplete pass. TO was the guy that produced in the super bowl while kordell McNabb choked. McNabb was jealous of to.

When the eagles acquired tOwens they told him they would talk about a new contract after the season.

TO asked for a new contract AFTER the eagles asked the city for a new contract and a new stadium, after Andy "kotite" Reid asked for a new deal and after McNabb asked for his new deal. It kind of changes the context once you acknowledge everyone else in the chain of command had already asked for new deals. It is kind of ironic that the eagles, joe banner, Andy Reid and McNabb acted like asking for a new deal was outrageous when they all did it themselves.

McNabb also said he does not get involved in teammates contracts. Problem was as soon as to was gone McNabb started lobbying for Westbrook to get a new deal. McNabb was a punk.

Another reason McNabb is a punk.

At the time McNabb claimed he does not get involved in teammates contracts but as soon owens was gone McNabb then started lobbying for Westbrook to get a new contract.

The Linc opened in 2003. TO joined the Eagles in 2004. Your timeline doesn’t track. I’m calling BS. TO WAS the ME guy.

I think somebody is mis- remembering what went down w TO. TO had a contract for the next yr, all he had to do was play. If he played that end anywhere close to what he had done his first yr, the third yr either the Eagles would have given his bonus which for the time was huge or he would have been released as a FA to sign anywhere. That team would have paid him. TO was a punk independent of what Donnie was all about

TO was a diva, like many of the best WRs are. But he always rose to the occasion in big games, while McNabb shrunk.

I will MANsplain it. I didn't have a timeline. I didn't list any dates but I will go with it.

Your timeline fits fine. The Linc opening in 2003 actually supports my point. The eagles had a contract with the city to play at the vet well past 2003. Eagles asked for a new contract.

The fact is the eagles asked the city for a new stadium and a new stadium contract. McNabb asked the eagles for a new contract and Andy Reid also asked for a new contract. That is a fact.

The same parties then acted like TO should honor his contract. The exact timeline is pretty much irrelevant.

You have not disputed anything I posted.

TO had a contract just like the eagles had an existing contract with Philly to play at the vet. The fact is the eagles asked for a new stadium and a new contract with the city even though they had years left in their deal. Andy Reid asked for a NEW contract with the eagles and Donovan McNabb also asked for a new deal before his existing contract was up. All facts. The exact dates don't change the fact that all parties asked for new deals.

TO was 1 yr into his contract, while the others were on contracts getting ready to expire, big difference. TO was always about TO. I mean thats my QB.

Terrell Owens Net Worth

$500 Thousand

On a May 8, 2012, episode of Dr. Phil, three of the four mothers to his children accused Owens of either coming up short in his monthly child support payments or not paying at all. Owens said he was paying some $45,000 per month in child support at one time.[123]

Donovan McNabb Net worth

$30 Million

Donovan McNabb has been married to Raquel McNabb since 2003.

  • They met and were college sweethearts at Syracuse University.
  • Raquel was also a star athlete.
  • They welcomed twins in 2008, joining their daughter Alexis.
  • Raquel is now a catalyst for progressive action of the Donovan McNabb Fund.

Oh TO was an egomaniac for sure but he showed up for that Super Bowl and played against doctors’ orders and McNabb did not. All McNabb had to do to show leadership was to say he hoped the team would sign TO even if he knew they wouldn’t. But McNabb was deficient in basic leadership ability.

So TO was the only player in NFL history who sought to get a new contract huh? LMFAO. Two points are uncontested here: (1) TO played in the Supet Bowl against doctors’ orders while McNabb played poorly and was barging on the field and (2) McNabb should have demonstrated leadership by simply saying TO was an important part of the team and hoped he would remain on the team something QBs with true leadership skills do every year.

So maybe the Eagles win that Super Bowl if McNabb doesn’t choke. This ain’t rocket science guy.
McNabb didn’t choke. He may have puked but that doesn’t mean he choked But this thread is about your teams favorite Qb not WR or your teams best QB. As mentioned mine is Pete Liske

McNabb choked; it was epic.

All those yrs as a skins fan and one yr of a rookie is your favorite ever?
Yeah. I thought it was odd, myself. But the Skins three Lombardi trophies were won by three different quarterbacks. We never had a Terry Bradshaw. Daniels will be the best WFT QB ever, I am sure.
