Dickerson was amazing also could cut and go better than anyone!!

2 totally different runners who both were the best at what they did.

Dickerson was one of the all-time best. He had speed, moves and strength, but I'm taking Campbell. Tackling Earl Campbell was like trying to tackle a bulldozer. Earl was faster than most remember, though, and is one of the main reasons the NFL did away with tearaway jerseys. Dandy Don Meredith used to call him the Tyler (Tx) Bowling Ball.

I think it’s hilarious that anybody on this board thinks they could have tackled either one of them. Dickerson would have ran around and past you and Campbell would have ran over your ***. NFL players had trouble tackling them. I don’t care how big and strong fast you thought you were but you weren’t NFL big and strong and fast or you would have been in the NFL. Lol.
