Cassius Winston will return for his Senior season at MSU. Smart move on his part. I think he is a heck of a college baller and represents MSU with class. Sparty will be very good next season.

He's got nothing left to prove in college. He's ready.

But it looks like NU will see him prove it again a couple times.

He must have great confidence in the players coming up at MSU to hang in there another year. Also bad news.

Izzo, has this aptitude at getting people to stay. Exhibit A; Miles Bridges.

I love to watch this young man play but, not sure how well he translates to the pro game.

He has a very high basketball IQ and at times he controls the court all by his lonesome....but he's not the physical freak you expect in an NBA guard.

Bingo. He probably would not have been drafted. Any long athletic guard in the NBA will shut down his game. And he gets abused on the defensive end. Great college player though.

Him and the Purdue kid are yet more examples of how much smart, scoring guards can carry teams in the NCAA tourney. But so many of these kids, even those with more talent, are also-rans in the NBA. That league is freakish.
