Our Offense (Or Lack Thereof)

I just for the life of me don’t understand how we just don’t run anything on offense no movement no off the ball screens just BASIC offense when all of our coaches are former college guards and one of them Brandin Knight was a top guard in college!!
What do we do during or what do we even practice!!

We could run motion, triangle, isolation, Princeton, weave, whatever...if the end result is that open shots don't go in, even when they're free throws or bunnies taken within a few feet of the basket, it ain't gonna matter much. We need to start hitting a reasonable percentage of makeable shots, unfortunately that seems to be easier said than done right now.
