A key to most of this was our over-reliance on one on one play. Many turnovers were on over-penetration. We weren't passing the ball enough for stretches (14 assists on 24 baskets is kind of ordinary). However the D was tough and we out-shot them.
I am optimistic about our up side. Butler is #20 in Kenpom and their backcourt played a great game. We are definitely wildcats, not pussycats.
